SHIPPING

We offer you the possibility of collecting your order directly from Créations Frenchies in Terrebonne.

We use Purolator and GLS delivery service for shipping to Quebec*. Delivery is set at a fixed price of $14 plus tax. A tracking number is provided, no signature required, and no insurance is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by their service. If you would like to add insurance, simply notify us and we will invoice you accordingly.

Our production times may vary from one product to another. It is important to carefully read the product information sheets. Your order will be shipped once all items are ready. These times do not include delivery time.

We ship orders as soon as they are fully completed to avoid additional shipping costs. If you are ordering custom products as well as ready-to-ship products and would like them shipped immediately, please place two separate orders.

We use the same principle when you choose to combine with a previous order, we will not send anything until the last order is complete. You save shipping costs but our hands don't work any faster ;)

For provinces other than Quebec, we will estimate the cost with Purolator, GLS and Canada Post. We will send you an additional invoice with the exact cost of the difference in delivery charges.

*Certain exceptions apply for isolated areas and the Magdalen Islands. You may be invoiced for additional fees based on the estimated costs.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

No returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

 

You have 14 days following reception of your order to report any defects. If this is the case, please contact us by email at creationsfrenchies@gmail.com or by Facebook Messenger on our official page.

 

After this 14-day period, we cannot provide a warranty. We will be able to verify the possibility of carrying out a repair, at your expense, by having the product in hand or with a video and/or photos.

 

***Cups, bottles and glasses are not dishwasher safe *** In case of breakage, stop using immediately and above all do not immerse in water otherwise repair will be impossible.

It is important to read and follow the tumbler and bottle care instructions included in your order.
